  • We had a phenomenal stay at the Lake House Kerry. The accommodation was ideal for a group — spacious, comfortable, and really well set up (with it's own bar and stocked with a keg that was simple to organise!). The location is hard to beat: just outside the lovely village of Kenmare, close to great swimming spots, a sauna with a view, hikes and lot's more. Helens Bar is nearby for a relaxed pint or bite, and there’s loads to explore in the area—we loved visiting Uragh Stone Circle & Gleninchaquin Park. The lads who hosted were excellent—quick to respond, helpful, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-located base in Kerry with a group.

  • What a house to stay in beautiful Kenmare. We had an unbelievable laugh all weekend. So thank you! Planning the weekend was super easy, this is where Brian and Maurice came in. They couldn’t have made it easier to sort everything out, such as the kegs, food etc, and also activities as near such great walks swim spots, saunas... They make the stay so easy and fun and have everything down to a T. Would recommend to any hiking group, stag, team, or anything at all. Great rooms, pool table, fire, kegs, cosy feeling. Brilliant all round. Cheers lads, we will be back!

  • This trip was the perfect mix of fun and relaxing. The recommendations on the website were perfect - from alpaca trekking, to yoga on the beach followed by the Sunset Sauna, we were never bored! The house was amazing and had everything we could possibly need. Everywhere we went had breathtaking views and the host could not have been easier to communicate with. Everyone that we met in Kenmare was so kind and friendly. We are already planning our next trip to Lakehouse Kerry!

  • The place was stunning and had plenty of space. So much to do in the house including bar, pool table, outdoor space, and so much more! Maurice and Vanessa were very responsive and was able to update accommodations in very short notice. Overall a great place where we felt right at home and would definitely come back again!

  • Spent a fantastic week with family and friends - unique space with 11 bedrooms and our own pub. All bathrooms newly renovated. Recommended caterers, transportation and activities were excellent. Maurice and Brian were perfect hosts and very responsive. Upon suggestion a slow cooker would be plus one appeared the next day! Highly recommended.

  • What a wonderful, beautiful place. You have your own pub with a billiard table! Great place for several families. Lot's to do and right by the Ring of Kerry. Maurice was awesome and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying! Enjoy
